New Mexico Beekeepers present Michael Bush, author of Practical Beekeeper and Beekeeping Naturally

Topics of Presentation: Regionally Adapted Bees and Genetics, Mite Prevention / A Natural Approach to Small Cell Beekeeping  


Refreshments:  Coffee & Tea will be provided, “Make My Lunch” Food Truck will be available for lunch with locally harvested honey menu items. Lunch is from 12-1.


Price and Times: Free for members of the New Mexico Beekeepers Association, $15 for non-members which includes membership for the rest of the year! Doors open at 9:30 and lecture begins at 10 am. 



Michael Bush is one of the leading and most visible proponents of treatment-free beekeeping . He shows how to keep bees without toxic chemicals, pesticides, and antibiotics. He has years and many tens of thousands of posts under his belt in any and every online beekeeping forum. Most of all, he has proven his willingness to help anyone who asks.
