Urban beekeeping in New Mexico's largest city.
After 30 years away from beekeeping, grew up on an urban farm in Orange County during the 60’s and 70’s where my dad had a few hives. But as a teenager I wasn’t paying too much attention, now its time to learn the details.
I've found myself working with a non-profit org and Urban Farm who has six hives (4 langstroth, 3 top bar) located near Wyoming and Central. We also have 7 or 8 topbar in the South Valley.
Had a good time at the conference, meeting all of you and learned a lot throughout the discussions and Q&A.
Looking forward to getting involved with this group.

Oh, and we are a source of topbar bee hives. We make ‘em and sell them.
Hi Neal, welcome! I hope to gather beeks from our part of town sometime in March. Hope you can join us then.
Looking forward to it.
Chantal, thank you for your dedication, hard work and lively spirit you give to this group!
