Albuquerque Brood Sharing

Melanie from zia queen bees has offered to meet with Albuquerque beeks that are interested in developing a brood sharing/mating nuc group, during the NMbeekeepers association meeting. If you are unable to make the meeting and are still interested I will post the information she provides here.

I see that this is for 'brood sharing'...but I need a queen, queen cell, or unmated queen.  I have no brood to share but am willing to pay cash or share brood later :/

Hey. I am a complete newbee and just joined the website yesterday. I have nothing to contribute as of yet, but would love to eventually be a contributing member in a group like this. Currently I am looking to acquire Langstroth hives/bees. All suggestions/comments appreciated. Thanks.

Excellent. We have a an unmated queen and an empty nuc. If someone can come up with a frame of brood or two, we could have our first set-up to start with.

I have a top bar nuc free, but I'm still short on brood.

I have an unmated queen who just emerged. I also have some queens in cells which should emerge soon. All of my mating nucs are full with new queen. Does anyone have a nuc and some brood we could put her with?  Do we want to wing it and get started with any of these to try it out, or do we want to plan it all out a bit more ?
