hey Ted how are you doing ? I hope all is well with you and your bees?
Hello Ted Wilcox
My name is William B. McCoy and I am trying to get started in Beekeeping in West Virginia. I have contacted my state Agriculture Department, and they inform me that they have a program called Veterans & Warriors to Agriculture Project in my state for Vet. I would like to go with the Top Bar Type of hive instead of the Langstroth hive I feel the Top Bar would be better. But back here all they ever seen or work with is the Langstroth. So, I now have to convince them back here the Top Bar is worth a try, and can make money. I was told you done research in this area and you could help me. I can be reached at mccoybill47@yahoo.com or call me at 304 641 2216
Thank you
William B McCoy

mind sending me the info ?
hey ted
I have ordered 25 queens and it works out with shipping to be $32.00. They will be coming in Thursday sometime and I will take some to Ken’s Friday at around 5:00 p.m. and I can meet people at the K-Mart on I-40 and Carlisle around 6:00 p.m…. If you can’t make it either of those places or times please let me know and I will work out something with you. Thanks.
Hi Ted,
Welcome to Albuquerque Beekeepers. If you have any questions just ask. You said you are looking for a mentor. What area do you live in?
